Booking & Salon Policies At Divine Diosa Hair, we value both your time and ours. To ensure all guests receive the best possible service, please review our booking policies before scheduling your appointment. Cancellations & No-Shows A 50% cancellation fee will be charged for any no-show appointments or cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment time. Late Arrivals A 15-minute grace period is allowed for late arrivals. If you arrive later than 15 minutes after your scheduled appointment time, your appointment may be canceled, and the 50% cancellation fee will apply, as each appointment is reserved for a specific time slot. Minors Guests under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian during their appointment. Guests Due to limited space in the salon, additional guests are not permitted unless accompanying a minor receiving services. Deposits All deposits are non-refundable. By scheduling an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to these policies.
